                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                   AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
                   PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY FOR PROVIDING
                   ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO CONTRACT
                   NO. 46B-1, MURRAY HILLS COLLECTION SYSTEM
                   II, IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND
                   DOLLARS ($52,000.00) FOR A TOTAL PROPOSED
                   COST NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE
                   THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Piedmont Olsen 

       Hensley for providing additional engineering services to Contract 

       No. 46B-1, Murray Hills Collection System II, in the amount of
       $52,000.00 for a total proposed cost not to exceed $221,500.00.
